Charlie Bone was just an ordinary
boy until one day he makes an amazing discovery, he can hear what people
in photos are thinking. Now, his terrible aunts, Lucretia, Eustacia, and
Venetia, along with his Grandma Bone, are forcing him to go to Bloor's
Academy, a school for gifted children like Charlie. At Bloor's, Charlie
discovers the biggest mystery of hi life. When I first started reading
MIDNIGHT FOR CHARLIE BONE it seemed like it was very cliché. The whole
boy who discovers he's magic and then goes to a special school where he
discovers a mystery reminded me a lot of HARRY POTTER. But once I got
into the book, I couldn't stop reading it. It was full of suspense,
interesting characters, and great descriptions. It was definitely worth
reading. Reviewed

Kerr John and Philippa were completely ordinary twins until they had a trip to the dentist. They realized there that even though they were only 12 years old, their wisdom teeth needed to be removed. During the operation, their uncle Nimrod visits them in a dream in which he reveals to them that they are djinn and posses special magical abilities and are able to grant wishes. The description used in the book creates an amazingly vivid mental picture of what is going on. The combination of modern day life and old Arabian legends make this book very exciting. Reviewed

Amber Brown has lots of problems, like her
parents are divorced, her is in love with a guy named Max and they're
going to get married, and she thinks her dad is being a junk. If you
have problems like that then you should read it to see how some people
figure out problems like that or you could read it just for fun because
you will never be able to take your eyes off the pages. Reviewed

David and Ronda Armitage Once there was a little boy who doesn’t like
shopping then one day at breakfast Harry's mom said today we are going shopping
for new shoe. First they went to a store to get toothpaste and his little sister was
skipping and then Harry was getting annoyed so Harry tripped her then they went to another store and Harry’s mom got some underwear and
showed it to everyone and embarrassed. If you don’t like shopping like Harry and hide like Harry
you should read it. Reviewed
