Ken Baker Biography
I grew up in the California Bay Area, spending my time playing with friends, playing
sports, writing songs on my guitar, and reading. My love for
children's books began as a young child when my parents and older brothers and sisters (3 brothers and 2 sisters)
would tell me bedtime stories like Peter Cottontail, Dr. Seuss,
Curious George, and The Three Bears. My love for children's
books grew as I read and made up bedtime stories for my five children.
I now live in Utah, where I spend my time with my family boating, wakeboarding, snowboarding, swimming, camping,
and coaching and watching soccer games. When
I'm not spending time with my family, I'll likely be either playing basketball, windsurfing, scuba diving, exercising at the gym,
reading, or writing.
